Sir:

This has reference to your EOD Memo No. 2017-17 dated May 19, 2017 regarding the
Conduct of Distribution Line System Assessment. We wish to inform your end that to date, we
have accomplished the assessment on the following distribution valves, fire hydrants or blow-offs
and exposed pipes. The assessment conducted was based on the compliance of data requirement in
the form provided for the purpose,
The gathered data are encoded in an Excel format (see attached document), each
distribution valves, fire hydrants or blow-offs and exposed pipes has an excel page with its location
as its title. Moreover they are group according to their functions and each group has a separate
folder in the Database. Further in the course of the assessment, we created a form (see attached
document) for exposed pipelines and fire hydrants or blow-offs which is similar to the form for
distribution valves. Finally here is the list of our assessments to Pipeline System 1:
