This simple and intuitive software is used to setup DSL modems, Fiber
Optic modems, E1/E2/E3/T1/DS3 Interface Converters and
E1/T1/E3/DS3 Multiplexers. This Windows software can run connected
to the CXR device, look at the configuration, change it and save it as a
text file. But it can be used without connected equipment in order to
prepare an off-line configuration and to send to the site for
downloading in the equipment.
The commissioning is assisted by the software to choose the
parameters of line, interfaces, TS, synchronization source MX-CFG
shows the statistics of transfer/errors and provides easy tests of local
and distant loops.

CFIP-SNMP
Management card of the AMS16 chassis
This optional card used in multiservice AMS16 chassis gives access to the
management of the cards in the chassis and the remote devices. It is
supporting all analogue modems, ISDN Terminal Adapters, xDSL
modems, fiber optic modems, E1/E3/T1/DS3 interface converters and
simple E1 multiplexers.
The connection to the card is done in asynchronous over a console port
and an optional modem or in IP over the Ethernet port. It gives access to
the menus of the rack cards and to the connected distant equipments to
setup parameters, to get statistics and to launch local and distant loop
tests.
The CFIP-SNMP is an SNMP Proxy working with an SNMP manager to
GET status of lines, return TRAP on events or errors in real time.
CXR offers a graphical MIB for the SNMP manager SNMPc from Castle
Rock.

MD/FO/CV/MX/SNMP
All equipments with Ethernet port
All CXR modems, multiplexers, bridges, routers provided with
Ethernet port, are manageable over this port in menu mode, by
MX-MFG or by SNMP manager. Generally CXR supplies a
graphical MIB for SNMPc which shows the front panel of the
equipments with the LED status and gives access to the setup of
the parameters. These equipments are providing SNMP TRAP on
error.

This software is running over the general administration software
SNMPc from Castle Rock and communicates with IP-SNMP protocol.
CXRview supports the offer of optical/PDH/ SDH multiplexers and all
range of modems and CXR TDM equipments. It shows graphically
front panels with LEDs status and inserted cards in the device.
All parameters setup can be commissioned from this GUI software as
well the access to the statistics and the test functions.
According to the Workgroup or Enterprise SNMPc versions, CXRview
can run over one or two servers, up to 10 poolers and 10 GUI consoles,
