VILLANUEVA, en los seguidos contra el MINISTERIO

PBLICO, sobre Separacin Convencional y Divorcio Ulterior; a

Ud. digo:

Que, de conformidad al Art. 344 del Cdigo Civil y habiendo

transcurrido los treinta das posteriores a la audiencia nica, SOLICITO emitir

sentencia, que declara la Separacin Legal de los cnyuges.

POR LO EXPUESTO:

Pido a Ud. Seor Juez admitir el presente escrito y resolverlo conforme a

ley, por ser procedente y de justicia.
