I will start my lesson by greeting the students and having them sit nicely, I will follow with drawing the letter
a on the board and say Raise your hands if you know this letter. I will then say this letter is Ah, all of
you say Ah and repeat it a few times till I feel like they understood it. I will then show them a picture of an
ant and ask What is this? if they answered Ill have the students clap for one another, if not Ill have them
say Ah Ah Ant a few times, and the same thing with the ant picture. Then Ill sing ants on the apply Ah Ah

For the closing I will first have all the students clean up and sit down, some would have played and some
would have done worksheets. I will have them sit by the circle centre and ask them, Class what letter did you
