Excel List Management

Make sure the list is organized

First row of the list contains unique column labels
Each column contains similar items
No blank rows or columns
No extraneous data touching list
Remove any subtotals
Name the ranges-If you plan to add more data later,
make sure to specify a name for ranges

Make sure appropriate drivers are installed
