Mallard creek High School

Veterans Day parade

Saturday, November 4th, cadets marched in the Veterans Day
Parade to represent Mallard Creek among other CMS schools.
Though we had a smaller group this year, the cadets
conducted themselves accordingly and showed out, calling
cadences and sounding off loud enough to be heard.

Cadet LTC Heather Dorow, our
Battalion Commander, led our
formation during the parade,
and did a great job in saluting
the flag, and commanding the
formation to do the same.
Our cadet of the quarter, MSG
Kelly Zepeda-Montes, rode in
the back of our battalion golf
cart, handing out candy to
children watching the parade
and waving to the crowd. Great
job on your accomplishments!
With the CSM unable to attend
the parade, our three first
sergeants stepped in to call
cadences. Here, cadet 1SG Sean
Wiggs is calling his favorite
