POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, Alexander M. Rakita, of 8958 N Iroquios Road, Milwaukee, WI 53217, hereby

appoint, my father, Mark Rakita, of 8958 N Iroquios Road, Milwaukee, WI 53217, to be my true
and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, with full power for me and in my stead to execute any and all
documents necessary to sell and convey title to property located at the address of 2613 Slevin
Street, Louisville, KY 40212, Jefferson County, Kentucky, and being more particularly described
as follows:

and in my name make, execute, acknowledge and deliver all necessary instruments, including
execution of Deeds, closing documents and any other and all instruments made to consummate
the sale of the aforesaid property, to do business with banks, acknowledge payoff amount as
correct and particularly to sign in my name checks on accounts made to consummate the sale of
the aforesaid real property, hereby giving and granting to my said Attorney-in-Fact full power
and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever necessary to be done to
consummate the sale of said real property as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
do if personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact may do pursuant to this power.

This Power of Attorney shall not be affected or terminated by subsequent disability or

incompetence. Any revocation of this Power of Attorney must be placed in the public records.

BEGINNING at a point on the North side of Slevin Street at the Southwest corner of the lot of
land conveyed by Blanche Gronin and others to Emma T. White by Deed dated September 25,
1940, of record in Deed Book 1760, Page 132, in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of
Jefferson County, Kentucky; thence Eastwardly along the North line of Slevin Street 40 feet;
thence Northwardly the same width in lines parallel with 26th Street 50 feet to the South line of
the lot conveyed by Blanche Cronin and others to Thomas Tipton and wife, by Deed dated July
25, 1940, of record in Deed Book 1753, Page 101, in the Office of the Clerk aforesaid.

Tract 2:
Beginning in the Northerly line of Slevin Street at the Southwesterly corner of the tract 40 feet
by 50 feet on the Northerly side of Slevin Street conveyed to Wandel B. Renfrow and Stevie Joe
Renfrow by Deed dated January 20, 1999, recorded in Deed Book 7172, Page 743, in the Office
of the Clerk of the County Court of Jefferson County; Kentucky; thence Northeasterly with the
Northwesterly line of the tract conveyed to Wandel B. Renfrow and Stevie Joe Renfrow by Deed
aforesaid, 50 feet, more or less, to the Northwesterly corner of said tract; thence with a straight
extension Northwesterly of the Northeasterly line of said tract 11 feet, more or less, to the
Northwesterly line of said concrete strip; thence with the Northwesterly line of said concrete
strip Southwestwardly 50 feet, more or less, to the Northerly line of Slevin Street; thence
Southeastwardiy with the Northerly line of Slevin Street 11 feet, more or less, to the beginning.
