1. What are the pscyhological factors who being affect to Indonesias learners in their
english speaking performace?
2. What are the relation of psychlogical factors with the speaking english performance?
3. Is it important of improving speaking skill for Indonesias students?

Response from Interviewee: (original data)

1. There are so many factors that affecting students when try to speak english, ummm.., and
this affect is relate with psychological factors. This factors come from themselves,such as
fear making mistake,feeling shy, feeling hesitate, and lack confidence.
They feel fear with their grammatical, so they think hard when try to speak english. So,
finally hmmm they dont want to speak but she believe that they can. So, it make them
feel shy to speak in front many people by using english. And some students hesitate
themsleves if they cant, and she says it will be complicated trouble if they cant believe
themselves. And finnaly, they have less confident.
I should find the way how to solve it she said. So, she try to speak english and give
punishment as they way to force them.

2. Yes of course, she use full english and force that students to speak english too. And she
will give punishment but its not like physical punishment. She will force and help
students to speak english no matter if is it correct or incorrect. And then, if they have
speak bravely and theres incorrect so, she will help and tell what the mistake is.

1. There are 4 factors mostly be problems for Indonesias students :
1) Fear making mistake when speak english
2) Felling shy because afraid if they make mistakes
3) Hesitate themselves
4) Less or lack confident
2. She try to help students to speak english bravely with their own way by give punishment
to force they speak english. She motivate her students to speak english.

1. Hmm there are 2 techniques if want to know as your research
1) Observation

2) Interview : Ask the students one by one by english and try to give more attention
to her/his if theyve like feel confused so, you can combine with Indonesia. If
shehe dont understand so, tell her/his to open the dictionary and then write it in
note, and shehe will memorize it.
