Working with Wipro Bpo as Tech Support Associate where my role is to resolve all the
technical issues related to windows 7, vista and Xp Desktop Computers.
The technical issues involve Desktop Maintenance, Hardware and Software
Installation and Trouble shooting, Antivirus & Microsoft patch updation and configuring
Firewalls, Internet issue installing configuring and Trouble shooting wired and wireless
internet. Boot issues Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system Failures. Setting
up Workgroup Networks. Troubleshooting different peripherals (Accessories). And selling
Computers and the Accessories over the phone.
