MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS A three year Bachelor Degree/National Diploma in IT with 3 years experience or Grade 12/equivalent with 8 years
experience; Advanced level of computer literacy in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook; Experience of Coltech/Pastel; High
level knowledge of networks and experience in the setup and maintenance of systems (A+ and/or N+); Must have
working knowledge of LAN topologies and architectures, PC and server operating systems including MS server 2008,
Microsoft Active Directory, Domains as well as Microsoft SQL server; Fundamental knowledge of VolP phones. Able to
do installation, configuration and maintenance of the systems; Understand principles of data communications including
internet, modem and VPM setup and installation; Understanding of how to configure, install and repair personal
computers, software packages upgrade, PC, printer and photo copier support, OP Systems upgrades; Knowledge of
maintenance and administration of the Email server, clients installations and Anti-virus software; Experience in
