How Did God Become Man Evolve Into God Descended From Apes?

In delving into the murky depths of this piece, allow me to share openly that I am not a
Christian, though I once was. I am also not an Evolutionist. I am, however, a Creationist,
meaning that I believe there must be An Ultimate Creative Source Point Of Origin Of All
Existence, though such a Creator will likely bear little to no resemblance to that Personification
and Characterization of the Creator taught by our popular religions if one should ever meet
Him/Her/It Face to face.
I seek to convert or sway no one from their personal beliefs or faith, regardless of their
religion or lack thereof. I have my hands full dealing with my own eternity, and see no need to
interfere with that of others. Because, after all, we are dead for very, very, long time.
Science and Religion often butt heads over God and Evolution. Strangely enough, there
are times when this is not so. My past experience as a Christian, and my many years of
intensely detailed study of the Old (Tanakh) and New Testaments causes me to be quite amazed
in discovering individuals who hold to this view. In fact, I recently spoke via social media with
an anonymous someone who simply stated this shocking reality in this way: I find no conflict
between Science and my Christian faith. A quick bit of surfing the web revealed that this
particular Christian was not at all alone in his personal viewpoint of supporting Evolution as
reality and truth, while alleging to also hold to the truth as taught by Christianity.
What can I say, except I am befuddled, flabbergasted, and beside myself, in attempting to
absorb this overly illogical hybrid form of logic, a veritable generic duke's mixture of the best of
both worlds quite comparable to one delicately attempting to pick up a turd from the clean end.
Please pardon my frankness, but I see no gain in beating around the bush, and I
adamantly hold to the notion that it is always best to say what you mean, meaning what you say,
plain and simpleup front in the open with no need for decoratively frilly disguised or
euphemistic wordsbecause you may never get another chance to make yourself understood for
who you are, what you are, and what you believe and represent. And that impression, once
communicated, often lasts a lifetime within the minds of others.
So, what point am I attempting to get across? Gene Hackman said it best in the movie,
Crimson Tide: I can't stand save-asses and I won't abide kiss-asses. Any man who possesses a
pair cannot remain on any fence for very long. Sooner or later, the discomfort of attempting to
straddle that fence will cause one to choose a side of the fence upon which to stand.
Allow me to point out that even women have a pair, but they do not simply sit on theirs.
Sadly times have changed, but in better times a woman used her pair to feed the world in
infancy. Some women possess two pair. The Jewish call it chutzpah: audacity; gall; nerve. We
need more men and women with the chutzpah to stand firmly on and for what they truly believe,
regardless of what anyone else thinks or believes. Such as that, I respect even if I should
disagree in agreeing to disagree. Compromise is not a well lighted path for valued principles
and beliefs. The path of compromise always dilutes and weakens valued principles and beliefs.
The heart of the matter? If you are a Christian stand firm as a Christian. If you are an
Evolutionist stand firm as an Evolutionist. But please do know that the two are incompatible if
one is to hold that one or the other are based upon truth. Reality 101? The truths of the one
renders the truths of the other untrue. The two, as a marriage of beliefs, cancel one another
out, leaving the individual who has entered this conflicting union to stand on absolutely no
valued principles or beliefs worth diddly squat. Why so?
If Evolution and Christianity do not conflict with one another, then the Creation account
within the Old Testament is, thus, rendered as a false account in favor of the truths of Evolution.
Or, Evolution is rendered as a baseless theory in favor of the Old Testament's account of
Creation. If that were to be true, then how could anyone believe and support Evolutiona
theoretical ape to man chain with a missing person's Missing Link?
The truth revealed must be that Christians supporting Evolution do believe that Evolution
is true, and, therefore, are clearly stating that they do not believe the Creation account given in
the Old Testament as being accurately true in every detail.
What details are believed? Who knows, but if any single detail is false or unbelieved,
then that accounted Creation scenario now becomes no different than that taught to children
regarding Santa Claus, who, rather than simply telling kids that it is parents who buy them gifts
each Christmas, feed their children a lie dressed up as an innocent fairy-tale.
This shared, if the Creation account of the Old Testament is not truly accurate, but
fantastically, fabulously, fictionally, fabricated by the hand of man, how can one now know of a
certainty that the birth, life, death, and resurrection accounts of the New Testament are not also
of the same caliber and quality?
Am I making an attempt at demeaning Christian beliefs and values, here? No, not at all.
I simply wish to point out that if one is to believe the Old and New Testaments as being factually
and accurately true, then, without any doubt whatsoever, Evolution is a trumped up hype of a
theory without any relevance or substance to be valued.
On the other hand, if Evolution is a factual reality and true process taking place upon
this earth, then such a reality dictates that certain accounts given within the text and body of the
Old and New Testaments are irrefutably false (after all, there are no supernatural miracles in
the Scientific Theory of Evolution), both the Creation account of Genesis, and the virgin birth
and resurrection accounts of the New Testament Gospelswith Jesus, God in the flesh as man,
descended from an ape. This tends to make a monkey out of God, does it not?
To sum up, you cannot lay claims to being a Christian, and also claim to support
Evolution. You cannot lay claims to supporting Evolution and also claim to be a Christian. The
two are diametrically opposed one to the other. No matter what view you should choose to
stand upon, make a choice in what you really believe. Get off the fence and give your sack a
much needed rest. Allow the blood to begin circulating once again to that pair which has been
numbed by compromise, and stand like a man or a woman who has a viable, working, pair in
affirming, attesting, and stating, your beliefs on where you firmly stand on valued principles you
hold as truthand do it with chutzpah. Now, that my friends, I can and do respect ...
