In the students classroom, they are working on a new math
concept - Graphing. An activity that the class was assigned was
to come up with a question to graph. My site supervisor has
asked me to come up question that would be easy for the
student to find the information for and graph. I have created a
worksheet that has a question for him to graph.
I have created a worksheet that envelop asking his classmates
what month they were born. This task is a Graphing
Worksheet.
Objectives:
1. The activity will help the child become with the new math
concept - Graphing.
2. The activity will also help the students socialization skills
as it will encourage him to interact with his peers to find
the answers.
3. The activity will help give the staff an alternative method
to evaluate his math skills to give him a grade.

1. I will set out the activity in front of the child.
2. I will explain the activity to him and use the teaching
strategy of scaffolding until he understands the
expectations of the task.
3. I will prompt him throughout the activity ti ensure he is
understanding the lesson and activity.
