Ref: Customer Code-145907, Flat NO. G-103, Park Floors-I,

Sector-77, Faridabad (Haryana)

1. This is to inform you that your site office at Sector 77, Faridabad, has
given us possession of the said unit on 24-08-2016 for the sole purpose of carrying
out Fit-out works on your prescribed form No. NOC FIT OUT/PARK
FLOORS-I/FLOORS/customer code 145907 and Flat NO. G-103, dtd. 18 sept
2014.

2. We have also signed Confirmation/Declaration on 24.08.2016 to the

effect that the purpose of Handing over and Taking Over of the said unit is
exclusively for Fitout/furnishings.

3. Please note in this context that the Conveyance Deed of the said unit G-
103 has been executed on 31-10-2014. We already have a copy of the
Conveyance Deed and hence it need not be sent to us.

4. We request you now to kindly arrange for papers to be duly signed by

both of us showing thereby clearly the due process of Handing Over by your duly
authorised signatory and Taking Over by us for Final Occupancy and
Residency.
 5. We are confident, you will be kind and cooperative enough to appreciate
our view point, and oblige us by taking action to our complete satisfaction at an
early date.
