Resolution #

A RESOLUTION amending the previous resolution regarding the Student Supreme

Government and Departmental fines to a uniform monetary fine.

WHEREAS, the amount of fines to be paid to the Student Supreme Government and
Departments shall be uniformed to avoid confusions and complaints in its implementation.

WHEREAS, the executive body of the student government shall convene for a proposed value
of the fines and present it to the student body for approval.

WHEREAS, the fines collected will not be added in the general fund of the respective
recipients, rather it will be used for projects, community services and similiar activities.

WHEREAS, the Student Supreme Government and Departments are to provide a cash flow or
liquidation report as to the use of the monetary fines for transparency purposes

THEREFORE, let it be resolved that the fines and penalties be amended to a uniform
monetary payment to ensure equality and clarity of implementation.

THEREFORE, let it be resolved that the fines collected will be used for projects, community
service and similar activities

THEREFORE, let it be resolved that a cash flow or liquidation report for the fines be
submitted at the end of every semester for transparency purposes.
THEREFORE, let it be resolved that Resolution # ____ is hereby amended.
