c) Communication Plan: Meeting plan, team communication strategy (how often, by what methods)
We will meet once per week at minimum on Monday at 6pm CT. If a follow-up meeting is required, a
time and date will be agreed upon by the majority of the group members.
Agenda and meeting minutes will be posted to the corresponding week team discussion thread.
d) Documentation: How will documentation be shared and stored? When will documents be delivered to
the team leader for submission to the drop box?

We will utilize the files folder for this, which will allow visibility for the professor as well as ensure all
documents are available in case an emergency occurs within the group.

VI. CONFLICT MANAGEMENT PLAN
a) POTENTIAL BARRIERS AND COPING STRATEGIES: (include barriers to the achievement of goals, e.g.
time zone, time management, language skills, and identify coping strategies. Use the team risks and critical
success factors to help identify these.):
a. Technology Issues
i. Work as a team to diagnose issues
ii. Individually diagnose or utilize help desk and other DeVry aids
b. Team mates not showing for meetings
i. If its a planned event no action taken
ii. If team member continues to not participate escalate to professor
c. Weather Causing Deliverable issues
i. Work together to accomplish the task
ii. If a storm is forecasted, upload the document to the file sharing

VII. Commitment
Each team member is to write an individual commitment statement (if on-site, each team member
will sign their commitment statement).
Mary Edwards: I am committed this team and doing this project to the best of my abilities. I will help anyone that I
can when I am asked to. I will try my best to use APA format and hit the ground running with this project.
Jaclyn Molyneux: I will lead this group to the best of my ability and ensure my deliverables are completed when
required. I will work as a team player to ensure everyone is on the same page and aware of their requirements.
Kimberly Hamilton: Im committed to being a team player, doing 110% my best to this team.
Sulaiman Sarki: Can work on things as required, and on time. Can work accordingly with teammates, and provide
help.
Monisha Somji: I will ensure my complete commitment & will be highly engaged to make this program a success.
