On November 14, 2014, the prosecution presented PO2 Louie Balmori to

the witness stand. He declared that on __________, a confidential informant

appeared their office and relayed an information regarding the illegal activities of
a certain alias Boging and alias Aming particularly at Washington Street,
Boulevard, Barangay 76-A, Davao City. 1 After validating the information relayed
to our office, PCI Lerios conducted a briefing wherein PO2 Balmori was
designated as the poseur-buyer. After preparing the necessary documents and
proper coordination with the PDEA, Regional Office XI. Thereafter, the buy-bust
team together with the confidential informant proceeded to the target area.
