Asslamo- allaikum.

The undersigned would like to inform you that we will be having our
yearly activity scheduled on november 25, 2017 at Bunawan, Datu
Paglas. This is primarily composed of giving gifts to the children, free
medical check-up and catering foods to some of our relatives.

Anent thereto, the undersigned will collect from each one of you a
total amount of Php 5,000.00 pesos. (all in 15,000)

This is to remind you that this is apart from our another 5,000
contribution in preparation for our upcoming new year celebration.
But the collection thereof, of course, will be on December pa. For now
let's prioritize the upcoming charity event on November 25, 2017.

Liquidation of all the expenses will be posted asap. Thank you.
