ADDENDUM TO THE EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT

OF THE ESTATE OF THE LATE LUZAIDA CABUSAS LOPEZ


AND DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WITNESSETH; That

WHEREAS, this addendum is in reference to duly notarized Extra Judicial


Settlement of the estate of the late Luzaida Cabusas Lopez adjudicating her one-fourth
conjugal share from the real property, containing an area, in toto, ONE HUNDRED
NINETY FOUR SQUARE METERS AND EIGHTY DECIMETERS (194.80) which
registered under the name of EMIL VICTOR MARTINEZ LOPEZ and CESAR
MARTINEZ LOPEZ, situated at #32 J. Perez St., Brgy. Masagana, Project 4, Quezon
City, covered Transfer Certificate of Title No. N-331775, executed by DANIELLE
GRACE LOPEZ and JAMES DANIEL LOPEZ;

WHEREAS, the said Extra Judicial Settlement under docket no. 934; Page
NO. 187; Book No. XII; Series of 2017. before ATTY. MA. CRISTINA TAN, a notary
public for and in Quezon City, was insufficient of information as to the number of
shares of the respective heirs of the late LUZAIDA CABUSAS LOPEZ;

WHEREAS, the above real property is also subject of Deed of Absolute Sale
that was duly notarized by Atty. Ma. Cristina Tan, under Doc No. 338; Page No. 68;
Book No. XII; Series of 2017. where the status of EMIL VICTOR MARTINEZ LOPEZ
is married as set forth in the Deed of Absolute Sale, instead the correct widower;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the


undersigned parties, for good consideration, do hereby agree to make the
following changes and / or additions that are outlined below, in order to rectify
and supplant the material information sought by the undersigned parties to
reflect in the said Extra-Judicial Settlement, are as follows, to wit:

1. Considering that the herein real property is also the subject of DEED OF
ABSOLUTE SALE, between the parties namely: CESAR MARTINEZ
LOPEZ and EMIL VICTOR MARTINEZ LOPEZ, hereinafter the Seller, and
EVANGELINA VALERIANO BRACAMANTE, hereinafter the Buyer, wherein
the consideration amount of such sale is One Million Eight Hundred
Thousand Pesos (Php.1,800,000.00), Philippine Currency, since, one-fourth
of the above real property is the conjugal share of the above deceased,
hence, all herein heirs agreed to adjudicate among themselves the one-fourth
of the consideration amount of the real property and the same shall be
equally divided into three among themselves;

2. To rectify the status of EMIL VICTOR MARTINEZ LOPEZ as set forth in the
above Deed of Absolute Sale, the same shall be amended from married to
widower.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein affixed their signatures on the date and
