Professionalism How did you demonstrate professional behavior as a trainee teacher in the school?
Explain how you maintained your professional status not only in your own classroom
but also across the school. I demonstrated some professional behavior in
school which are provide a quality education to all students, interact
with students appropriately, help my MST and other teachers around
the school. This means, she let me to monitor her students because
she had meeting.

them activities in circle time and in small group. Also, I
assessed them by asking questions are they understand or no.

Reflection on Practice Which teaching strategies did you find were particularly effective and explained why
with reference to educational theory and/or experience? The teaching strategies
I found particularly is open for them the videos because it has some
great benefits for your students learning and memorizing. It includes
pictures and audio, song component to teaching that captures
attention, engages students and improves later recall. Also ,reading
for them story book because it include pictures and I read for them it
in different way witch is let them to act and ask them some open
ended questions.
In fact, research on the importance of metacognitive thinking
supports the notion that instructional approaches that help students
reflect on their own learning processes are highly beneficial to their
overall learning and tend to stimulate motivation to improve as
learners (Brown, 1989; Marzano et al., 1988).

and ask their children level to their children teacher. The
principal monitor the teachers and has meeting one a week
with all teachers. The ministry of education send the
curriculum and the timetable to school follow it.

philosophy as a student teacher in this school? I
applied some key principles
from my teaching philosophy which are help students better
understand the concepts and discussing their work with fellow
students further reinforces learning. Also, provide
opportunities for interaction and discussion. As well as,
motivated and encouraged the students.

What would you say have been your particular strengths during this TP? Which areas for
development have you identified for next semester - justify this? The
strengths of
this TP is when I taught students used different learning styles
and taught students 9 different lessons. Also, the MST thankful
me because I helped her in small activities, in cutting her staff,
and corrected the students work and helped them. The area I
want development for next semester is how cope with
misbehave students.
