Describe the setting, the grades you taught and explain the purpose of this placement:
How did you demonstrate professional behavior as a trainee teacher in the school?
Explain how you maintained your professional status not only in your own classroom
but also across the school. I demonstrated some professional behavior in
school which are provide a quality education to all students, interact
with students appropriately, help my MST and other teachers around
the school. This means, she let me to monitor her students because
she had meeting.
Explain how conducting and receiving one formal peer observations helped you to
develop professionally? The
peer observation helped me to improve
some skills that I need to improve so they write comment down
and I read it and I tried to improve that some skills I need to
improve in next lesson.
Explain how you collaborated with other staff in activities that involve the community
during this placement. I
collaborated with other staff in many things
which are when the students went to trip so I went with them
and help my MST, when students went outside to tutorial for
flag day so I and my MST organize them. Also, in playground
and in launch time I helped them if they want something.

What difficulties did you face in planning seven differentiated lesson plans to ensure

The difficulties I faced when I plan lesson plan is how make the
different level activities for students and how give them in one
day because the government school system now change so they
must do one small group activity and rest of students must play
in corners.

I assessed the learning objectives and outcomes by doing for
them activities in circle time and in small group. Also, I
assessed them by asking questions are they understand or no.

What strategies did you apply to maintain student engagement and how effective were
they in ensuring that tasks were completed effectively? The strategies I used in
the classroom when I taught the students to maintain student
engagement praise them by reinforcement and telling them
excellent. Also, ask them questions to not lose their
understanding.

your classes. I Used Thinking Routines to provide a framework for
students to engage with new learning by making connections,
thinking critically and exploring possibilities. Also, encourage
students to respond directly to each other.
What strategies did you use to monitor student progress across a range of connected
teaching sessions including class, group, pair, and individual work? Questioning
students during classroom discussions to check their
understanding, Paying attention to who is answering questions
and doing the group activities during classroom.

The formative assessment instruments I asking them question
and did some activities in circle time. Also, gave for them
worksheet to evaluate their understanding and home work to
their parents review with them the concept that I taught that
day.
Which teaching strategies did you find were particularly effective and explained why
with reference to educational theory and/or experience? The teaching strategies
I found particularly is open for them the videos because it has some
great benefits for your students learning and memorizing. It includes
pictures and audio, song component to teaching that captures
attention, engages students and improves later recall. Also ,reading
for them story book because it include pictures and I read for them it
in different way witch is let them to act and ask them some open
ended questions.
In fact, research on the importance of metacognitive thinking
supports the notion that instructional approaches that help students
reflect on their own learning processes are highly beneficial to their
overall learning and tend to stimulate motivation to improve as
learners (Brown, 1989; Marzano et al., 1988).
Identify and critically evaluate the influence of a range of stakeholders at your school
e.g. Ministry of Education, Principal, parents, etc? The parents come to school
and ask their children level to their children teacher. The
principal monitor the teachers and has meeting one a week
with all teachers. The ministry of education send the
curriculum and the timetable to school follow it.
Explain how closely you were able to apply key principles from your own teaching
philosophy as a student teacher in this school? I
applied some key principles
from my teaching philosophy which are help students better
understand the concepts and discussing their work with fellow
students further reinforces learning. Also, provide
opportunities for interaction and discussion. As well as,
motivated and encouraged the students.

What would you say have been your particular strengths during this TP? Which areas for
development have you identified for next semester - justify this? The
strengths of
this TP is when I taught students used different learning styles
and taught students 9 different lessons. Also, the MST thankful
me because I helped her in small activities, in cutting her staff,
and corrected the students work and helped them. The area I
want development for next semester is how cope with
misbehave students.
