Invoice before dispatch of DG set.

6. Freight 12000.00 for both DG set up to your site.

Please note that in case of any changes in Excise duty and CST/VAT at the time
of billing/ dispatch will charged extra.

ALTERNATOR :
Synchronous Alternator of 15/25O KIRLOSKAR make, suitable for continuous
operation at 1500 RPM , 230/415 Volts, 0.8 pf(lag) suitable for 50 HZ, 1/3 phase, 4
wire system. The Alternator is brush less type, screen protected, revolving field, self
excited, self regulated through an AVR. The Alternator has the following features:
+ 1.0 % voltage regulation (max)
IP: 23 Enclosures.
Permissible overload 10% for one hour in 12 hrs. of duration.

A) CONTROL PANEL :
The genset control panel is manufactured by Power Systems with 14/16 gauges
CRCA sheet and powder coated for a weather-proof, long last finish. Control panel
consist of followings parts:

Multi Function meter which measures:
o Individual phase current (Amps)
o Phase voltage(V)
o Generator output frequency (Hz)
o Engine water temperature (Deg.C)
 o Lube oil pressure (kg/cm) and equipped with hour counter

Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled.
B) FUEL TANK: Fuel Tank of 50,150 Ltrs and same shall be integrated in the base
of Genset complete with drain valve, air vent and outlet connection.

D) BATTERY: One No. Kirloskar pulse, Exide makes Battery, charged

With Battery leads.

E) BATTERY CHARGER: In built battery charger.

F) WARRANTY: 2 Years warranty or 5000 hrs.

Annexure- III (B)

SALIENT FEATURES OF ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE (CAN0PY)

The acoustic enclosure is made of 14 / 16 gauge CRCA sheet. The salient features of the

acoustic enclosure are:-

The enclosure is of modular construction with the provision to assemble and

dismantle easily at site.

The sheet metal components are NINE TANK pretreated before powder coating.

The enclosure is powder coated (inside as well outside) with a special pure polyester
based powder. All nuts and bolts/external hardware are made from stainless steel.
 The doors are gasketed with high quality EPDM gaskets to prevent leakage of sound

The door handles are lockable type.

Sound proofing of the enclosure is done with high quality PU foam with superior
lattice structure for effective sound absorption, fire retardant grade of suitable
thickness, die cut and pasted with special adhesive for long durability.
Specially designed attenuators are provided to control sound at air entry and exit
points.

Adequate ventilation is provided to meet total air requirement. If required, a blower is

provided to meet total air requirement.

Temperature of enclosure does not exceed beyond 5 - 7C of ambient temperature.

There is a provision of emergency shut down from outside the enclosure.

Noise Level is <75 dB (A) at 1 mtr distance under free field conditions, i.e. as per
CPCB norms.
Door hinges are made of anti corrosive special alloy.
Viewing window is fitted with toughened glass instead of acrylic sheet.
