Im a second year resident of Family and Community Medicine training program in Davao Medical School
Foundation Hospital, Bajada , Davao city, Philippines. As a resident I am interested in doing a research
about the issues that a physician experiences in breaking the bad news to the patient and his/ her family.
In line with this, I would like to ask permission if I could utilize and ask for a copy of the questionnaire
that you used in your study entitled Breaking Bad News Issues: A Survey Among Physicians. This will guide
