APPLICATION FOR A VISITOR’S PASS

IMPORTANT
1. A visitor’s pass shall expire if holder thereof-
a. Is found to be prohibited immigrant.
b. Engages in any pursuit in the United Republic other than that specified on such pass as being the purpose for
which the holder was permitted to enter the United Republic.
c. Fails to pay deposit which may have been required to him as a condition of the granting of such Pass.

2. A person who, being the holder of a Visitor’s Pass, engages in employment without permission in writing of the Director
of Immigration Services, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of fifty thousand shillings
or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 18 months, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
