DONATION DRIVE

The Chula Vista Learning Community Charter High School Lady
Cobras are in need of donations to help us cover the cost of
equipment, tournament fees, and a variety of gear for practice and
in games. As part of the plan to develop a successful program, we
would like to provide our athletes quality equipment that will
promote our success as a team and as a young program. Our goal is to reach $5000 in donations in order
to (1) build a Junior Varsity program to support our growing program (2) have better practice gear (3)
participate in tournaments and camps. Your donations and support are key to our success!

All donations are voluntary and very much appreciated!

King of the Court Sponsor: $500 Cash

MVP Sponsor: $100
(Donation Impact: Practice Gear) Donations are tax deductible; you may receive a
Ball Out! Sponsor: $50 receipt from the financial clerk with your
(Donation Impact: Game Basketball) contribution.
Gold & Black Sponsor: $25 I would like a tax receipt for my
(Donation Impact: Warm ups) donation
Cobra Sponsor: $10 I (we) wish to have my (our) gift remain
