• Weekly analysis of Change Order spreadsheets provided me with an opportunity to sharpen my
analytical abilities and also gave an exposure to new tools like Project Solve.
• Member of Design Team
• As a member of design team, I was responsible for summarizing Design Issues meetings by
preparing minutes of meeting. This provided me with an opportunity to hone my business
communication skills.

Practice School I, NTPC Badarpur, New Delhi May 2008 – July 2008
NTPC (National Thermal Power Corporation) is the largest power generation company in India.
• Project on Ash utilization and disposal at Thermal Power plant
• I learnt various uses of ash as a construction material.
• Visits to site where fly ash bricks were used as building blocks.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS
• Rain water harvesting with automatic first flush under Dr. A.P. Singh
• Innovations were made to increase the catchment area and automate first flush mechanism.
• Technical paper presented and published for International Convention on Water on Water
Resource Development and Management, October 2008, BITS-Pilani.
• Arch bridge made of concrete filled plastic tubes presented in APOGEE-2009, annual technical
festival of BITS-Pilani
• Cost effective design proposal for design of arch bridges.
• Second Prize in Material Science Category, APOGEE-2009,an all India level annual technical
festival conducted at BITS, Pilani.
