HYPERCRETE PLUS M is supplied in 205L drums
or in bulks tankers of 2400 L. HYPERCRETE PLUS

drums. Once opened the balance be consumed

HYPERCRETE PLUS M does not contain any
hazardous chemicals and non toxic. But it is
recommended that safety glows are used in handling

 HYPERCRETE PLUS SP
NEW GENERATION POLYCARBOXYLIC BASED SUPERPLASTICIZER
HYPERCRETE PLUS SP is polycarboxylic ether
based advanced superplasticizer which is specially
developed for workability retention of high slump
concrete. The product could be used for virtually
any type of readymix concreting where the slump
retention is important.
HYPERCRETE PLUS SP is compatible with all
types of cements and other mineral admixtures.
HYPERCRETE PLUS SP is free of chlorides and
meets the requirements of ASTM C494 Type A&G
and BS 5075.
Sulfonic groups of Naphthalene or Melamine
based admixtures which adsorbed on to the
cement particles induce a negative charge and
repulse each other and increase the workability.
With a similar mechanism, but unlike sulfonic
groups, the lateral chains of the main polymer of
polycarboxylic ether induce a steric hindrance
with strong repulsive force which in tern increase
the workability of the cement paste.

concrete batch. RAPIDCRETE should be ideally
dispensed with automatic equipment, thus
ensuring uniformity of admixture used throughout
the job.

drums or bulk delivery. RAPIDCRETE should be
stored under shade. The shelf life of RAPIDCRETE

ADMIXTURE VMA
VISCOCITY MODIFYING ADMIXTURE FOR PCE ADMIXTURE
Admixture VMA is a ready to use liquid based
viscosity modifying admixture, specially developed
to control the bleeding and segregation of high
workable concrete treated with Polycarboxylic
Ether based admixtures. Admixture VMA
improves stability and segregation resistance of
concrete mixes resulting in improved surface
quality and aesthetics. Admixture VMA has been
found to improve plastic properties of self
compacting concrete (SCC) as well as high slump
conventional concrete mixes and mixes containing
manufactured sand and/or poorly graded
aggregates aggregates.
Admixture VMA helps stabilize the air void
systems in freshly mixed and placed concrete and
increase the overall concrete suitability. Admixture
VMA is compatible with Hypercrete high range
water reducing admixtures and is recommended
for pre-cast and ready-mix concrete applications.
