INFORMATION
The undersigned accuses AGNES V. WAGAYEN,
DOMINGA V. OBER and JUAN L. VELASCO for the crime of
THEFT, committed as follows:
That on the 17th day of October 2016 in the City of
Baguio, Philippines, and within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above-named accused, conspiring,
confederating and mutually aiding one another, with intent to
gain, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously
take, steal and carry away the front and back plate numbers of
a Toyota Wagon Taxi Unit with plate number AYT 562, without
the knowledge and consent of the owner FRANCIS
VELASCO, to the damage and prejudice of the latter in the
amount of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY PESOS (PhP 540.00),
Philippine Currency, and in violation of the provisions of the
Revised Penal Code.
CONTRARY TO LAW.
