The Difference Between Anecdotes, Humor and Spoof

Anecdote Text Has four text
structure, namely Abstract,
Orientation, Crisis and
Reaction / Incident.
Abstract namely the part

incident happened.
Orientation namely the
part where the author tells
the who, when and where
the bizarre incident
occurred.
Crisis namely the part
where the author tells the
bizarre incident
experienced by the author.
Reaction / Incident namely
the part where the author
tells the troubleshooting of
the bizarre incident.
There are several
characteristics of Anecdote
Text language that is rarely
seen in Spoof Text, as in
Anecdote Anecdote Text is
common in Text example:

Example :

Humor
Humor explain things that
are funny. Humor relates to
events that occurred in the
community. Humor has a
function as a tool for social
protest. With these functions
humor can be seen as a tool
to see the reality in the
community.
Humor structure consists of:
Introduction is section
which shows the
beginning of the story or
the background of the
events.
Issues is subject matter
Climax is the part where
things interesting or
unusual thing happened
to the characters.
Denouement is deals with
ways to reduce the
problems
Problem solving is the
part that contains the way
the author or the
characters resolve the
problems in the crisis.
Characteristics very
different linguistic humor
with anecdotes and spoof.
At humor usually use non-
standard language.
Example :

television shows as
Indonesia Lawak Club,
Stand up Comedy and
commercials

Spoof Text describes the
actual burdened with the
duty to tell the events or
funny stories. Beginning
with the story line seemed
normal and on the twist
everything changed from the
normal incident into a
humorous occasion.
Spoof Text has three text
structure, namely
Orientation, Events and
Twist.

Twist namely the part
where the author tells the
opposite of fair events at
the Event which makes
the entire text to be funny.

sequence.
