Recruitment, Resourcing & Development
Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after
identification of manpower requirements.
Preparation and its implementation of Manpower budget as per business module & in consultation
with HODs of functions.
Scrutinizing candidates by conducting various test such as technical test, behavioral test, aptitude
test and round of an interview which helps in finding right candidate for right position.

exercises for security against fire & staff periodically to keep them fit and alert.

through two manufacturing sites at Aurangabad & one site at Vapi. Both site of Aurangabad having State of
the art manufacturing facilities inspected & complying with GMP norms as per USFDA, EDQM & TGA.

(June 2012,Oct 2012, March 2015 & May 2015), TGA & WHO Audit of both API manufacturing
