    The Quality Assurance Department observed the Crates Washing Area from October 29 to November 7, 2017. Several compliance issues were noted, including well-organized crates, clean floors and drainage, and proper storage of cleaning materials. However, numerous recurring non-compliances were also observed, such as a lack of ventilation, improper protective equipment usage, unclean surfaces, and structural defects including rust, cracks, and mold. Many of the non-compliance issues persisted throughout the entire observation period.
