ITSmobile/SAPConsole is a native radio frequency (RF) data collection application for SAP, which many SAP companies
already own as part of their SAP application suite. SAPConsole is a translator, converting SAPs graphical-based screens
into the character and GUI-based screens used on a wide variety of handheld devices. Connectivity to the wireless device
is accomplished using Telnet Mobile ITS Server application. ITSmobile is a browser based user interface based on the
widely used Dynpro programming model.
ITSmobile/SAPConsole software does not contain any business logic, external databases, or complex functionality; it
simply moves the display of data from an SAP presentation to a wireless device presentation as an alternative front-end
to the SAP GUI screen. Transactions performed with the wireless device are posted real-time to your ECC system.

Quickly Install Movilitas Template Transactions

Mobile data entry transaction templates. Movilitas unique library of mobile data entry transactions extends SAPs
core set of transactions to mobilize worker productivity throughout the enterprise and across all SAP modules. The
transactions install quickly and are seamlessly added to the RF menu for easy integration and access. Many customers
across multiple industries have used our template transactions with little to no modifications. They provide standard
bar code label management and printing capabilities and work with RF devices without requiring any extra networking
investments or third-party middleware.
Efficiently customize Movilitas transactions for unique processes. Movilitas also offers development services to
customize our set of transactions to customers specific business processes and operational requirements.
Use Movilitas transactions on the desktop. In addition to handheld devices, Movilitas transactions can also be
executed from the desktop (e.g., for receiving transactions). This provides the user with a simplified user interface system,
reducing the need for in-depth training for casual desktop users of the SAP system.
Install Movilitas transactions for use within early releases of r/3. Movilitas began developing mobile data entry
transactions with release 4.6 and has backported SAPConsole to versions as early as 3.1H to provide customers with the
highest ROI on their SAP investment.

SAPConsole/ITS Mobile Overview

WIndows-PC communicates with the SAP System. The Web browser starts an SAP Session via remote connection on the
NT/2000 PC.

RF Architecture

SAPConsole/ITSmobile is one component of the entire system, which includes SAPConsole, Telnet server or ITSmobile
server, and the wireless device. SAPConsole/ITSmobile connects you to SAP in real-time. The RF terminals are thin
clients containing only terminal emulation software and cannot operate without the connection to SAP. Access points
simply serve as an Ethernet bridge, allowing the wireless terminals to connect to the hard-wired network via TCP/IP.
Transactions can be accessed on the RF device or desktop or through a Web browser using a mobile windows-based
device.
