$5,000.00 USD Flat Travel Stipend #2 Includes: Speaker to book and pay for roundtrip airfare, home
city ground transportation, and incidentals. Client to book and pay for professional car service in event
city, hotel and meals charged to room.
For events outside the United States, Client is responsible for ensuring that any needed work visas have been obtained
by the Speaker for this event. BigSpeak recommends this process to begin 90 days or earlier before event date.
$30,000.00 USD Net of any country, state, county or local taxes
If your organization withholds percentage of payment due to state or country tax policy, please indicate
regulated percentage here____, as it may impact Speakers fee.
