AgFlake Functional conductive pigment

Silver coated glass flakes have been developed to give conductive and shielding properties offering
advantages over pure silver flakes and other conductive fillers. By utilising high aspect ratio glass flakes the
proportion of silver can be reduced significantly. AgFlake may be used as a direct replacement in most
applications.

Conductance in z, x and y axis is dependent on particle loading and higher degree of contact between
particles

AgFlake is based on 2 micron thick ECR borosilicate glass flakes coated with high loadings of silver (30,35wt
%) and are available in two particle size diameters.
