    T-shirt design guidelines
    Style: Keep your design simple like the below Other suggestions:
    2010 tee. No photographs
    No very thin or fine lines
    Colors: 3 to 4 solid colors like the below 2010 No very small type
    tee design. Complex colors and shading No shading
    will not print well. No complex dimensional images

    Size: Maximum size 12x12 Please supply the following information:


    Your design does not have to originate
    Resolution: 150 ppi minimum (pixels per inch) from one of your PLoS articles.
    Image must be sharp. But if it does, then please include a URL
    Fuzzy, low or high resolution images are to your PLoS article
    not acceptable.
    A brief explanation of your design.
    File types: Please do not send us any images that
    - Original layered files: .psd, .eps or .ai. have been published by another
    - pdf Hi Resolution publisher.
    - tiff Hi Resolution
    A set of PLoS and Open Access logos are
    Background color behind your image: included in the design kit for use when
    Do not include any color or white creating your design (available for
    background behind your image download on the PLoS Blog).
    Otherwise, we will incorporate a
    logo on the final design.
