address at 1220 Barra, Macabalan, Misamis Oriental, Pilippines, do hereby
NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE KRISTINE MABETH B. VILLANUEVA, of
legal age, Filipino, single and with postal address at B6 L5 Virginia Homes
Subdivison, Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental, as our true and
legal representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform
the following acts thing to wit:

1. To represent me for and in my behalf in the PROCESSING OF

DOCUMENTS FOR THE TRANSFER OF TITLE of Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-128500-A in my name with the
concerned agencies of the Government of the Republic of the
Philippines;

2. To make, sign, execute and deliver the said TCT to me together with all
papers and/or documents in connection with the authority;

3. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all
document(s) and paper(s) as well as claim/receive for and in my
behalf said document(s) from the concerned agencies or offices in the
Philippines, as well as to do any and all acts in order to accomplish the
afore stated acts and deeds.

HEREBY GRANTING, unto my representative full power and authority

to execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the approval
and release of said applications, as though myself, has so performed it, and
HEREBY APPROVING ALL that she may do by virtue hereof with full right of
substitution of her person and revocation of this instrument.
