0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Tasty Bites Inc. was named and established on 14th September 2017. The
founder of Tasty Bites Inc. is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), assisted by the
General Manager and 8 of the other officers holding different positions. Tasty Bites
offers direct selling business of food products. This type of business is crucial
because this type of product selling has more advantages to attract customer face-
to-face. Tasty Bites provides mainly homemade recipe food products which are
unique, hygienic, Halal and creative.

Tasty Bites Inc.s food products are based on the concept of easy food on the
go. With our theme Easy Food, Easy Life, we provide food with unique theme.
Some of the main products we produce are Poutine, Japanese Pancakes and
Churros. The food products are highly nutritional and tasty. Poutine is a grub of the
Canadian country. Japanese pancake are from Japan and Churros which has unique
design and taste.

Tasty Bites company market targeting at people from different level of society
including children, adults and older generations because we are selling different
types of unique food that are rarely found in Malaysia. We also target people from
all races, religions, and nationalities. Due to our company main event, our stall

For our marketing strategies, we had our brainstorming sessions and came out with
different brilliant ideas such as combo deals, equivalent pricing, attractive packaging,
stalls decoration, and network advertising that will be our strategic tools to win the
market. These strategies will be implementing during the HARI PELADANG,
PENTERNAK DAN NELAYAN SABAH (HPPNS) to sell off our healthy product as well as
to increase profits and to gain some experience about business.

Lastly, our company will form a special management team and operational team to
arrange human resources, transportation, distribution, equipment management as
well as operating schedule during the HPPNS to manage workers and tasks. With
enough preparation and efforts, our company believes our goals and targets are
surely possible and achievable regardless of any obstacles.

4.0 Product and Services

Our group had decided going to use a quality ingredient instead of choosing the cheap
ingredients with low quality. If the good quality ingredients can be found at cheaper price, we
consider our self as lucky. This is to ensure our product is at the best and to satisfy our
customer besides making them happy when eating our food.

We had come to agreement to sell three type of food which is churros, potato pancake and
poutine. Our product has its own uniqueness and reasons why we chosen them. Our focus is
to serve our customer with handy-type snacks.

The addition such as caramel sauce, chocolate dipping and thousand islands will also being
provided to assist our customer in eating with their preferences. The packaging will be
prepared with hygiene so the quality is ensured.

Furthermore, we provided also delivering services to our customer. They just need to
whatsapp or call the number given and the food will be delivered to them with smiles. We
also will offer a special promotion for those buying our product in bulk with the purpose of
showing them our gratitude supporting our product. Above and beyond, the tester also will
be provided.

5.0 INDUSTRY AND MARKET ANALYSIS

5.1 Targeted Market

Since EKSPO 2017 will be held in Fakulti Pertanian Lestari (FPL) campus

Sandakan, our targeted customers are FPL students and people around FPL campus

Sandakan of all ages including children, teenagers, adults and elderly. Also, we do

expect that our targeted customers are people from different races and different

nationalities.

Therefore, we ensure our food products that sell during EKSPO contain creative,

Halal, hygienic and more. It is also very important that the prices for our food products

are reasonable and affordable.

5.2 Industry Analysis

In APK EXPO 2017, there will be many other booths selling food products such

as fruits, juice and more including our own enterprise. It is estimated that our

enterprise will be competing with around 20 over stalls. However, our company will

outshine among other stalls with the promotion strategies such as free food test

samples, promotions and more. The prices for all the food will be less than RM3.50 in

per serving and around RM5 in per combo, so that all the customers are able to afford

and support us.
