Rationale/Reflection of previous practice: During last semester, my MST & MCT commented on my
teaching, they asked me to work on two different areas. The first area development was classroom
management because some students were talking and moving during the lesson. The second area of
development that I have to work on is time management because there was no classroom management so
the time management was a cause of misbehavior of the children .

So, thats why I will work hard on developing these two areas. Spicily behavior management because MS.
Liz was observing the class, she said: you need to use other strategies to control on the class . I agreed
with MS. Liz on that, so I encouraged searching on internet about other strategies that works well in
classrooms for the next lesson.
