Jennifers Journal A String of Pearls

Jennifer, a middle school earth science teacher, wrote down a vivid dream the Lord gave her the week after
school started. After she recorded the dream in her journal she wrote down the scriptures and messages she
believed the Lord wanted her to receive from this dream each week in the form of devotional letters from Him. This
is the fifth set of scriptures and letter she received.
Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.
(Matthew 18:9)
We are Christs ambassadors. (I Corinthians 5:20)

We have here only five loaves of bread and two fish, they answered. (Matthew 14:17)

My Beautiful Pearl,
You are not the only educator who has a relationship with me. You are not the only pearl of great price buried in this field of
education. There are other believers I am unearthing, polishing, and want to string (place) next to you. I want you to gather with them
and begin to pray with them as I lead, even if only for several minutes. It is not the length of time our Father is looking for; it is the
simple agreement and commitment to do so.
Our Father in heaven used five loaves and two fish dedicated to Him to feed thousands. He is looking now for two teachers
with five minutes to be given to Him in thanks with agreement in prayer on a regular committed basis. That is all He needs to work
miracles in your professional life because He is God and nothing is impossible with Him. (Matthew 19:26) As extra food was scarce
that day on the Galilean hillside, an educators time is a scarce commodity today. A boy gave his picnic basket to me that day yet was
still well fed. Can you give me five minutes of your time and trust me that the time you give to me will be returned to you and even
increased? Can you even imagine a time in your profession when you have leftover time?
When you simply agree in prayer with someone you work with, I am there with you. I hear and answer. You need me in your
professional life and I need you. You are my representative, my ambassador, in your profession. You are my hand and other educators
make up my other body parts such as the wrist, forearm and fingers. (I Corinthians 12:14) Agreement in prayer is the connective tissue
my body needs. A hand not connected to the wrist or fingers is of little worth in my kingdom.
You are not spiritually alone in your profession. Come. Let me string you together with other believers where you work. I do
not want just one pearl resting on my heart. I want and desire a beautiful string of them.

Prayer: Lord, lead us to the persons with whom we are to agree in prayer. Show us when and where you want us to meet in a
committed way. Guard and protect this time. Multiply needed time in our professional lives.
Reflections: Does God want me to agree in prayer with others where I work? Have I asked Him to lead me to this person or persons?
If I am currently praying on a regular basis with other educators, does He want me to invite others? Who?
Getting Real: Continue agreeing in prayer with others if you are already doing so and invite more to join as God leads. If not, ask God
to lead you to the person with whom you are to pray. (Agreement in prayer should be during off duty hours before school, after school, or during
a duty free lunch. It should be conducted in a private place where there are no students or teachers who would find it offensive. See attached
