Policy).

This is to certify that Florian Besser with Date of Birth 18/06/1991 has health insurance cover under the above
Policy. The Policy provides the aforementioned member with international medical benefits. Florian Bessers health
insurance is valid from 01/11/2017 as per the Policy terms and conditions.

The Policy will remain in force until terminated by the earlier of the following events (i) the Policys annual renewal
date or (ii) its termination in accordance with the Policy terms and conditions. Coverage for Florian Besser will end if
(i) the Policy is terminated or (ii) is no longer eligible for cover under the Policy.

Summary of benefits
This insurance provides medical care and hospitalisation in accordance with our policy terms and conditions.
Furthermore, the insurance covers expenses for out-patient treatment and day case surgical operations,
dental treatment and General Practitioner visits. The insurance also covers the repatriation of mortal remains
to the country of domicile. It is a private health insurance with free choice of doctors and hospitals within their
area of cover. Customers who have Worldwide cover will have access to Cignas network of doctors and
facilities while in the United States.
The overall medical benefit limit per year of insurance per member is 7.500.000 USD.
This insurance includes benefits which are applicable worldwide excl. USA/Canada/Caribbean.
