Civil Rights are the true reason why Police get away with this

treatment towards the black woman and man, including murder!

It's etched in all of their Corporate Public Policies! Which goes back to
the Civil War, which is where you get Civil Rights. Civil Rights are
rights given by white men, to the black woman and man, instead of
Natural Rights given to us by birth, the Laws of the Universe, called
Natural Law, and Natural Rights

President Johnson back in the 1860s warned in his veto message

that the bill "Civil Rights Act" would, "when put into complete
operation, practically transfer the entire care, support, and control of
4,000,000 emancipated slaves to agents, overseers, police, or task
masters, who, appointed at Washington, are to be located in every
count yard parish throughout the United States containing freedmen
and refugees. Such a system would inevitably tend to a concentration
of power in the executive (President,& Police) which would enable
them, if so disposed, to control the actions of this numerous class and
use them for the attainment of his own political ends."

To put it bluntly, the ownership of the slaves was to be transferred

from their Southern Slave Masters, from whom they had been
confiscated, to the War Department of the U.S. Corporate
Government where they would be held in perpetual bondage under a
system of "Para Military", "Admiralty", "paternalism."

This is the reason why the police are killing, harassing and jailing our
people and getting away with it, because it is apart each STATES laws.
