The PER for the year 2017 alongwith its synopsis/result be provided for all deferred
cases besides removal of other deficiencies pointed out above within one month positively.

The officers concerned may be infodrmed accordingly.

It is added that the other missing/pending promotion cases falling in deferred range
(from Seniority No. 01/G to 1348/G according to seniority list as it stood
on 15-03-2016) may also be provided.

It is further added that fresh promotion cases complete in all respects alongwith
15 copies of synopsis of PERs upto 2017 and results statement for last three years i.e. 2015 to
2017 from Seniority No. 1351/G to 2000/G, according to Seniority list as it stood on 15-03-2016
are also required for scrutiny purpose which must be provided with in a month positively.

You are requested to please furnish a certificate as well, to the effect that no case
is pending in your Division related to above said Deferred and Fresh ranges separately for each
category (Deferred and Fresh) with in a month positively.

Note: The officers who have been promoted on acting charge basis, their P.E.Rs
for the year 2017 alongwith sysnopsis and result may also be provided for
processing their cases for promotion on regular basis.
