COMER I GLOBALIZARE
(Trade and Globalization)
n ultimii 20 de ani, economiile
naionale ale rilor au devenit din ce n ce
mai legate unele de altele datorit i
schimburilor comerciale, tendin cert ce a
fost denumit globalizare.
Globalizarea se remarc prin
rspndirea rapid n toat lumea a
produciei, consumului, investiiilor,
serviciilor, tehnologiei i capitalului
provocnd creterea numrului i an increase of the number and importance of
importanei acordurilor internaionale,
stabilind regulile jocului pentru un numr
mare de subiecte, mergnd de la protejarea
mediului pn la comer i crearea
instituiilor necesare pentru administrarea
acestor reguli, aa cum este i Organizaia
Mondial a Comerului.
Astzi, globalizarea economic nu
mai este o simpl tendin trectoare sau un
capriciu economic, este deja un sistem
internaional care reflect mondializarea
comerului, ea nsemnnd de fapt lupta
pentru piee. Tranzaciile electronice,
dezvoltarea transnaionalelor i formarea de
aliane strategice transcend graniele rilor.
Liberalizarea comerului mondial
demonstreaz tendina societii moderne de
reducere treptat, pn la dispariie a
tuturor categoriilor de obstacole care
mpiedic dezvoltarea pieelor externe,
schimburile i respectiv circulaia mrfurilor
la scar mondial. Importana pieelor
externe este cu att mai mare cu ct
majoritatea ntreprinderilor sunt angrenate
ntr-un proces de dezvoltare care le oblig s
gseasc noi oportuniti de afaceri n alte
ri, pe msur ce pieele interne se
maturizeaz i se ngusteaz.
Globalizarea comerului a devenit
posibil datorit n principal liberalizrii
circulaiei mrfurilor n lume i dezvoltrii
rapide a comunicaiilor i informaticii.

In the last 20 years, the national
economies of the states have become more
and more linked each other due to the
commercial exchanges too, a real tendency
called globalization.
Globalization means also the rapid
spreading all over the world of the
production, consumption, investments,
services, technologies and capital leading to
the international agreements, settling the
game rules for a great number of topics from
the environment preserving to the commerce
and the setting up of the necessary
institutions for handling these rules, an
example being the World Trade
Organization.
Nowadays, globalization doesnt
mean a passing tendency or an economic
caprice, it is already an international system
reflecting the world-wide spreading of the
commerce, that means in fact a fight for the
markets. E-transactions, the development of
the transnational companies, the strategical
alliances pass over the borders of the
countries.
The liberalization of the world
commerce proves the modern society
tendency, that of gradual decreasing, until
the vanishing, of all the obstacles which
brake the external markets, the exchanges
and, respectively, the commodity circulation
at the world level. The external market
importance is ever greater because most of
the companies are involved in a process of
development that forces them to find new
business opportunities in other countries as
the domestic markets come to maturity and
get narrower.
The trade globalization has become
possible mainly due to the liberalization of
the commodity circulation in the world and
to the fast development of the communication
and informatics.
