ties imposed for breaking the law.

We recommend that you study this booklet to learn more about the laws
relating to the use of our nations roads. These laws, regulations and road traffic
signs are intended to enhance the safety of all road users.
We do recommend that all drivers, more especially young drivers, take a
defensive driving course which teaches how to drive safely and how to adapt to
the actions of other drivers and road conditions around you.
Another added benefit of taking this course is that most reputable
insurance companies will reduce the policyholders premiums if they take an
accredited course on defensive-driving techniques.
Safe road use is the responsibility that we all share whether as drivers,
passengers, motorcyclists, bicyclists and pedestrians as well as other relevant
