Musical Sponsorship Opportunities 2018

As our production date approaches, we grow more excited about the show and the hard work all the students and
parents have put in to make it happen. A program will be published for our show and given to guests that attend. The
program will serve as an incredible souvenir for you and your child to remember their part in this show. We have
three different types of program ads outlined below. Anyone can congratulate and encourage the children in the
program with a personalized ad complete with a loving message from you and pictures if you wish. You can also
choose to sponsor the production with a monetary donation at different levels.
Order form and payment for Program Ads are due to Ms. McDuffee by Thursday, January 4, 2018.
Patron Lines (Shout Outs) - text only
Any musical patron may purchase up to five lines of text to be inserted in the show program. These will all be
included together on one or more pages. Suggestions for messages include break a leg, we are proud of you, or
encouragement.
Cost: $5/line; approximately 40 characters/line
Patron Ads - text and pictures
Any student performer/crew member may be recognized in the show program with an ad ranging from 1/8 to full
page in size. Ad content may include text and images, submitted electronically or on paper. Please note that text may
be edited to fit allotted space; pictures will be given priority over text, so consider how much space may be taken up
by pictures as you compose text.
Cost:
1/8 Page--$10 (one small picture)
1/4 Page--$25 (one picture)
1/2-Page- $50 (two three pictures)
Full Page-$100 (four pictures)
Program Adsadvertisement for businesses or organizations
Any business or individual may advertise in the show program. Business ad content must be appropriate for printing
in school publications. Approximately 500 musical programs will be circulated during the shows. Additionally, if
you know of local businesses that might be interested in advertising in the program or making a donation to this

Clover Level: $10-$49 (Name in program)
Jungle of Nool Level: $50-$99 (Name in program, two complimentary tickets)
Solla Sollew Level: $100 - $249 (Name in program, four complementary tickets)
Striped Hat Level: $250 - $499 (Name in program, six complimentary tickets)
Heart of Horton Level: $500+ (Name on cover of program, eight complimentary tickets, verbal thank you
before and during the show.)
