Anti scalant Dosing In RO Pretreatment.
We are using special polymer based anti scalants in the RO pretreatment
against softening or acid dosing to control the scaling on the RO
membranes.
This anti-scalant dosing system will have lower operation cost. As

 Controls And Instrumentation:
Start Raw Water Pump
The panel will check the Level of dosing tank, if level is
OK then start
special anti scalant dosing system.
Panel check the low suction pressure (Low pressure
switch) at the
inlet of High Pressure Pump, pump will start if it is ok.
High pressure switch provided after the high pressure
pump will
make the pump trip if it is beyond the set point limit.
Flow meters indicate the Flow Of Raw Water which
is continuously
used as a Raw Water in the RO system and also shows the flow

The proposed Water Treatment scheme is designed to produce
product water at the flow rate of 1000 LPH based on Reverse Osmosis
Technology.

work continuously for 15-16 Hrs per day leaving aside 0.5
