Good day!

We would like your good office to be informed of the following pending works for us to push
through with our construction schedule.

A. SECOND FLOOR (14 rooms)

- 8 rooms remaining of MJ Aluminum Corp.s glass partition between shower and toilet
rooms for ceiling closure and wall tile installation
- Ceiling leak on Shower & Toilet at room 200 & 202

B. THIRD FLOOR (36 rooms)

- Only 31 rooms were turned over as of December 1, 2016.
- MEPF guest room turnover for remaining 5 is not yet known.
- 23 Rooms Remaining of MJ Aluminum Corp.s glass partition between shower and toilet
rooms for ceiling closure and wall tile installation

C. FOURTH FLOOR (38 rooms)

- No guest room MEPF turnover as of this date for all the 38 rooms.
- December 10, 2016 MEPF guest rooms turnover as per Sir Caloy. Until now still no
update.

D. FIFTH FLOOR (38 rooms)

- No guest room MEPF turnover as of this date for all the 38 rooms.
- December 20, 2016 MEPF guest rooms turnover as per Sir Caloy. Until now still no
update.
