Strengths of the lesson:
Aaesha is professional in her practice and consults well with her MST. She understands and
shows commitment to the profession in lessons and in other aspects of her practice. The
lesson was planned well and the learning aspects of the lesson were implemented well.

Areas for development:

Aaesha has developed her skills well and needs to now start to develop the way
she evaluates students during table work and questioning with a little more
rigor.
