Thanks for your interest in Taxmantra. We understand from your call, that you wish to register few start-
up which you are mentoring as a company. In this regard, we will be glad to extend
our customized company registration services to you. To start with, the cost structure of a Private
Limited Company comprises of our professional fees and Government fees.

Please find below the Scope of Work, details required and fees for incorporation of a private limited
company.

Our professional fees would be fixed irrespective of quantum of share capital. In case you require a
private limited company with a share capital of more than Rs 10000 or with more than two
directors, the Government fees would increase as per the fixed slabs prescribed by MCA in this
regard. Also during the Incorporation process you need to get couple of documents stamped and
notarized from the state of residence of the directors and shareholders. Once the Incorporation
process begins we shall provide you with the entire format of the documents needed and help you
thoroughly with the process.

Please note that we will provide you each ROC system generated challans for the Government
costs, as a measure of transparency in business.

** Please note that we generally take 2-3 working weeks to complete the entire process of company,
subject to the limitations of ROC.

Assignment 2 Share Transfer to Incubator/ Mentor

a) Calling a Board Meeting to execute share Transfer


b) Intimation to the Board in regards to share transfer
c) Holding a Board Meeting
d) Checking with the Articles of Association and altering it if necessary
e) Executing SH-4
f) Assisting in procuring share transfer stamp
g) Any allied services in regards to share transfer
