Recipe of the Month

Simple Salty Sweet Potato Skin Chips
INSTRUCTIONS

It is important that before you peel the skins away

from the sweet potatoes you make sure the
potatoes are fully cooked throughout. Allow the
potatoes to cool and then use your hands to peel
the skin away, leaving a thin layer of flesh on the
skins.**Alternately you can toss the skins with 1
tablespoon olive oil and bake in a preheated 450
degree F. oven for 15-20 minutes or until crisp.
Remove and sprinkle with salt.

INGREDIENTS
Sea salt for sprinkling

The skins from 5 fully baked sweet Assorted fresh herbs ( ex. sage and
potatoes torn into pieces
rosemary

Canola oil for frying (or 1 teaspoon olive

oil for baking)

40 million fire extinguishers produced by Kidde, one of Americas largest
