House Rules and Regulations

a. We do not have unlimited wi-fi allocation. Our connection speed will be reduced after
reaching 10GB in a day. It will only be refreshed after 12 midnight. So do not hog the
internet by downloading or streaming whole day.

b. Please learn how to segregate your trash properly. Non-biodegradables,

Biodegradables and Recyclables have designated trash bins.

c. Always cleanup after doing the laundry or using the washing machine. Mop the wet
floors so no one will slip.

d. A water heater is provided. Return it on the cupboards after using. Do not use the
automatic water dispenser to heat water.

e. After washing dishes, make sure to clean or remove any leftovers from the kitchen
sink.

f. The common areas are not your storage or personal areas. Always clean up and keep
your belongings in your rooms.

g. Should there be no water, please text or call the attention of your landlord.

h. You are free to turn on any common area lights at night except the entry or gate lights.

i. Never turn on the water pressure tank without the landlords permission.

j. If you are unsure of anything, do ask your boardmates for clarification.
