My duties included greeting people as they walked in the doors of our facility and assisting them with any questions
they may have, while also managing the phones. I also took payments as well as calculated the total amount at the end
my work shift, and gave tours of the facility when needed. Some of my other duties included filing confidential papers
such as clients personal records, etc, and imputing their information into the computer. I would also update any reports
and records of clients as well as the staff in the facility and maintain them either in the computer or in an organized
filing cabinet. I also had the privilege of training new employees and assisting them when taking on their new roll
proofreading all of their work and ensuring that they have obtained all of the necessary information.
